Espira
I moved into Espira recently. What a noisy place! The neighbour, a bungalow in a large plot of land rears birds, lots of birds, including a couple of roosters. They start crowing and chirping from 4am, making sleep almost impossible. Is it legal to rear so many birds in a residential area? The interiors are pretty nice and I like the electrical stove. Condo facilities pretty lousy though, the swimming pool should be called a wading pool. And the gym is still not operational after so long. What is property management doing? -
