Future MRT opposite condo
The Calrose will gain the advantage of future MRT planned within walking distance. The decision of the station is firm up. -

penthouse
Viewed a couple of the duplexes. The ones facing adventure pool get direct hit of the afternoon sun right until 6pm plus and you still get most of the emitted heat even at night especially the last bedroom at the top floor.. Can be quite hot. However, the pool and greenery view is rather pretty. It's nice also when you get the ocasional wafts of pandan leaves fragrance. I also get the feeling that the units are much smaller than the stated area size, and this could probably be due to the design and layout of the units. Rather pricey for the area considering that the orginal launch price of the duplexes were about 900 k + then. -

Nice but too pricy
Nice environment, we liked it when we first arrived at the property for a viewing. However, many units there are now asking for sky high prices - from a buyer's perspective, it is not worth paying so much for the location and floor area. We have since changed our mind and went on to look elsewhere... -

Review of Calrose
It is less than15 mins walk away from Yio Chu Kang MRT. Less than 10 mins away from AMK St 61 hawker and wet market. Less than 5 mins walk away from Blk 603, AMK Ave 5 with coffee shop and some shops. And most importantly, it is less than 1km away from CHIJ St Nicolas. Finishings are better than average. Quiet if facing inwards. Alot of space. Not blocked by any tall buildings. Freehold land. Still quite new, since TOP 2008. -

too pricey and inconvenient. not close to any amenities. not recommended for investment. -

Nice Environment
Very nice environment with many green landscaping around the condo. Good amenities within walking distance ( New Markets & Food centre , banks etc ). Also near to several primary & secondary schools. Good for investment or stay if you have kids. -

Lovely but pricy
The environment in calrose is lovely. Nice landscaping work around the estate. Prices are steep, with the current selling prices, you can get another place nearer to city centre in D11, D12. It a good place for those who drive. Not the most convenient place for those who don't. -

Large size
It appears the Calrose have very large units, but how exactly do the calculate the square footage? Is every square inch of the place including balconies etc included in the figure? -

this place is good for investment and the location is perfect. -
