just beside Lentor MRT!
Lentor is such an up and coming area now, but one of the early pioneers there is The Calrose, a freehold that TOP in 2008. last time before the MRT it was abit more ulu and now the connectivity is really improved by leaped and bounds. much easier for me to get around by public transport with the new TEL line. -

usual but with so much charms
The Calrose has all the facilities that are epected, tennis court, swim pool, bbq, jacuzzi, playground, fn room, etc. but what truly sets it apart is the peace ful and quiet location and many public neighborhood amenities located all within walking dist. sch for my kiddo, shop, market, parking without being too busy or crowded. wonderful -

family joy
one of the best condos for my family, imo. stayed here some years ago before upgrading to a landed, but we love it for its green environment, serene surroundings and not bad connectivity. my neighbours are mainly owner occupier which was the best, and security was present and kind. the freehold value makes it outstanding also, plus the recent mrt station there and new focus on the developing lentor area. -

Best Condo . Lentor MRT just right beside the condo. Take a train to Orchard in just 19 mins. Very big open space and facilities are great. Only freehold within close proximity to MRT station. -

Management and council put in ridiculous measures for their own satisfaction but does not care about residents' welfare and safety -

Experience staying at Calrose
We stayed at a 4th floor unit with the balcony facing the private estate. It gets the morning sun as it is facing south-east. Initially we thought it was an ideal facing, however we soon realized that we get a lot of reflected heat from the roof of the private houses. It's warm in the day even though the unit is not getting the direct west sun. Security guards and cleaners are friendly but there's been a lot of changes in the managing agents. Some council members are stuck-up. Pool is a good size for doing laps. -

Queries on pest issue
Hi @ Just my luck, I'm keen in getting one of the ground floor unit. Could you please advise if cockroach is still an issue now? I am concern as i have 2 young kids. Thanks in advance. -

Cockroach Haven
We bought this unit for and have been living for the past 2 years in distress. The condo look nice and well maintain on the outside but honestly, we just can't wait to break even our loan and run. The whole place has so much of these small German like cockroaches that crawl out from the Rubbish chute and "move in" into your premises. We have spend so much on pesticides and hours dealing with a never ending battle. The Condo management is aware of this but the weekly fogging proves pointless as the roaches have develop immunity to it. I seriously just can't wait to sell off this unit. -
