Timeless & Resort Living
Recently my family and I attended a relative's BBQ held at The Bayshore. Overall I must say that I was impressed with the layout, design, space and professionalism of the management. They even had many security guards petroling the area every now and then to make sure the security is tight. The development itself is about 10.5 yrs old but the feel I had was like, its only 5-6 yrs old. Everything was very well maintained and very neat too. The clubhouse ambience and finish is much up class as compared to my newer development which I am currently living in. There is a posh resort feel upon entering. The land space, pool size, gym and clubhouse are also huge compared to my newer "mickey mouse" like condo with miniture pool, gym and no clubhouse! Lots of ample parking space for visitors too. The units are triangular shaped, kind of designer style as compared to the usual boring sqaure design, which might require some interior design creativity to bring out the best of it. Bonus point is the East Coast Beach and the Laguna hawker centre is just 5-10mins stroll away. Resort living and tranquility is the keyword. I would definately consider this place in future if I decide to invest or shift to a new home. -

Good facade & comfy landscaping
Although the estate is 11 yrs old, it does still exudes an aura of charm thanks to the babylonian architectural design and good maintenance of the facade by the management. Good and spacious areas for kids to run and play in the clubhouse, playground and gardens. With 1000 units in the estate, it does not feel cram and pack like the newer developments today. The unit sizes are oddly shaped though but it will do well with good ID. Its a pity that its been blocked by costa del sol else the seaview wold have been great. On hindsight, it may be good thing that its blocked by a large building as it does dampen the sound from the expressway. The clubhouse also sites a security concierge and the management office. Very classy clubhouse indeed! -

Hidden Gem in East Coast
I recently visited a friend at The Bayshore and after hearing so much about this project, my first impression upon entering the grounds was a good one. I could not believe the posh factor that the facilities exude and the lift lobby really blew me away with its resort like ambience. For a project of about 11 years old, the surroundings are well maintained and there was this feeling of tranquility and spaciousness when I toured the grounds. The units are not of the normal squarish layouts but this is where the skills of a good interior designer come to play. A good renovation can turn the units into something very desirable. The close proximity to East Coast Park and the Lagoon food centre is a plus factor and will mainly cater to those who enjoy outdoor life. Truly a Gem in the East. -

One Of The Best In The East
Got a very high floor unit recently. Awesome breathtaking city view especially at night. For sea view lovers, only tower 1A and 2A stand a higher chance as most of the units in tower 1B and 2B are blocked by Costa Del Sol. This a place ideal for those who love coastal living as east coast park is only 5mins walk via the underpass. For those who do not drive not to worry as there is a shuttle bus service to nearby mrt stations and also to town. Side gate also leads to nearby bus-stop. Many amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, hawker food etc are nearby in East Coast Park, Siglap and Bedok area. Good schools like Temasek is also within 1km. The architectural design is timeless and feels prestigious with a touch of luxury. The facilities are complete with all you ever need in a condominum. The lift lobby feels like hotel style and the lift itself is air-conditioned with music. The unit itself has a very unique design from the usual conventional squarish which may be a double-edged sword but with good ID works, this can be overcomed pretty easily. High quality granite is also used for the flooring and surface tops including the kitchen and bathroom. Considering that The Bayshore has been around for at least 11 years, it doesn't seem so from the outlook. I have seen newer developments built after year 2000 but looked much older. For beach lovers who love serene, tranquil and lifestlye living, this is the place for you. No regrets ever since. -

Overstated
Was very disappointed when I visited the condo whilst looking for a place to purchase recently. For those who do not drive, the location is still a distance away (ie. not accessable by foot) from amenities, restaurants and shops. The architecture does exude prestige and luxury, especially with the lights at night. The clubhouse feels classy albeit its age. The lift lobby feels grand and luxurious, there was even music playing in the lift. However, that feeling changed immediately when I stepped out of the lift and into the apartment for sale, I could almost hear the thud of my heart on the floor. The finishings are not exactly of a high standard. The layout was an awkward diamond shape in both the dining and living room. Thought it was just the unit I viewed, but after viewing 3 other units I was very disappointed by the layout. A large percentage of "seaview" units have been blocked by Costa Del Sol. Never looked back since I left that day.... -
