great place to raise kids
The Bayshore is a great place to raise my kids. facilities are one of the best around: multiple pools, tennis courts, gym and lots of greenery. Every evening my little ones and I either cycle to East Coast Park through the underpass or go swimming downstairs. condo has really got that resort feel which is quite rare nowadays. The new Bayshore MRT has made the location even more convenient! Spacious units, friendly neighbours and East Coast Park literally at my doorstep. Hard to beat this lifestyle. -

social space
development, The Bayshore, has a nice mix of locals and expats, so it's easy to meet people and make new friends. I love being able to walk straight into East Coast Park for morning runs or cycling. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pools are always clean. My apartment gets a lovely sea breeze most evenings too. The condo is older (1990s) but the units are much more spacious than newer developments I've viewed. Only advice is choose your unit carefully. Lower floors facing the pool can get quite noisy when kids are playing during weekends. -

a standout in East Coast
Bought my unit about 2 years ago after viewing quite a few condos in the East. The Bayshore stood out because of the space and value it offers. Older condo yes, but rooms are proper sized and I feel the estate is very well maintained. Facilities are complete and the pool is always in good condition with maintenance done. By the way, higher-floor units have fantastic sea or city views with much better breeze. With the MRT now nearby, I think this location only got better. -

The Bayshore - upclass development that's literally at Bayshore Road. considered a mega dev with 1k units but it's private and spacious enough to not feel overwhelmed. climb to the top of the Level 30 to feel like you are on a mountain overlooking the beautiful bayshore coast. yeah that's also how it earns the name. superb living here with wonderful community of likeminded expats, i don't ever want to move. -

Unit choice matters
to guarantee an excellent stay, sometimes unit choice matters if you are particular. here at The Bayshore there are some tips that helped me. low floors nearer the pool can be noisy as there's quite an active kiddy population here. i like the liveliness, and the grey noise from the water so it's fine. odd though that one of the towers stands at only 12 floors (Link Tower), is it a design choice? surrounded by the taller units, this reduces privacy, potentially blocks views, and less ventillation. so i avoid here and my stay has been excellent so far. good luck all. -

East Coastal Gem!
The Bayshore. one of my favourite rentals in the past 10 years. East Coast area is literally the best area to stay in Singapore, cycling, beach, sand, nightlife, amenities, you name it, all here. AND GOOD FOOD. units here are spacious, my kids loved running amok all over. pricing wise was also good value, when comparing to newer developments that feel smaller. facilities well maintained with the usual gym, pools for both adults and kids, tennis courts (FOUR), golf, billards room, bbq pits. -

No EV charger installed
Till now on 13 Nov 2025, this condo is still not installed with any EV car chargers at all. No one from the MA at icondo app feedback form is willing to reply any of my 4 questions below to them since 14 Oct 2025, over 30 days SLA already. 1) Contact number and email address of Eigen Energy, who is in charge of the EV Charger installation for THE BAYSHORE. 2) Who is the energy power provider once after the EV Charger installation is completed? Is it Charge plus, Singapore Power, Shell or who? 3) When did Eigen Energy submitted the EV grant application to LTA? 4) What is the application reference number that Eigen Energy submitted for the EV Charger installation for THE BAYSHORE? -

Cosy living in the east
With the TEL MRT station almost there, the connectivity is going to be super easy and plans for BTO, bus interchange and malls will make it even more of a convenient township just across the East Coast Park. -

Worse condo ever, all the good reviews are 10
Rude toxic neighbors, crazy noise pollution, everyday can hear banging, stomping, wall drilling even past 8PM. Management is not helpful as they have clearly given up long ago. Drivers and delivery people absolutely hate going to this place, ask them why and they will tell you. -

Tyrannical Rule by Committee
My five-year-old daughter was taking a swim class in one of the two pools in this condo as the guest of her best friend, who lives there with her family. A disgruntled committee member was unhappy to see children using the otherwise underattended pool for lessons and used their position on the committee to expel my daughter from the class, but not before siccing their fat security guards on me and my daughter and making a comically faux-macho scene that frightened the children. My good-faith attempts to communicate with the management committee were ignored. The family that lives there tried to appeal the decision; the committee was unresponsive and intransigent, refusing to listen to any counterargument to their position. -
