City living but without the crowd
There are many reasons that prompted me to purchase a unit at T.Ria. It is within the city but away from the crowd. A short walk leads to the amenities & MRT. Surronding environment of the condo is great and allows one to really relax upon returning home from a hard day's work (quiet walk along the canal and dining at the nearby restaurants upon crossing the bridge). It's 99-year lease but is amongst the more affordable project, compared to the others along the same road. You should definitely consider this project if you are keen with the above. -

Best view in Tanjong Rhu/Meyer
Units on the higher floors of the condominium offer a breathtaking view of the Marina bay, MBS, the flyer, the sea and the bay all at the same time. Most units in other condominiums can only give either a bay view or a marina/sea view. There is a feeling of proximity to the Marina bay when one looks out the windows from these rare units. The view is also not spoilt by the netting of the nearby golf course as the condo is some distance away from it and the netting is less conspicious. The condo is also just opposite the bridge to kallang where there are eateries, cold storage/leisure park and MRT making it very convenient. -

Location Location
Tanjong Ria is an older condo, located in a beautiful environment. The apartment was built and fitted charmingly I liked the beautiful marble floors and wooden built in robes that are truly functional and pleasure to look at. The white washed outsides are reminiscent of a holiday sanctuary. The complex has relatively fewer (168) apartments than most of the others in the area. The pool is always available and so is the Gym and amenities. They may be smaller than the huge apartments that are being built today, but they are not overcrowded. I think most people that buy in this area, do so for the peace and quiet. The security team are always friendly and helpful, and because the place is small, they can control the traffic comfortably. The bus is two minutes away and the Stadium MRT is set to open in April, which will be about a 10 minute walk. The surrounding area is perfect for long walks and bicycle rides especially in the evenings. There are delightful restaurants near the river and a picturesque bridge. From outside the area is picture perfect, with the orange roofed buildings surrounded by water. With the close proximity to the city and the Marina Bay Sands, I believe this apartment is excellent value for money and will appreciate in time. -

Great view and location
This is a rather exclusive development along Tanjong Rhu Road, 6 min walk to the new mrt station,3 bus sevices within 5 mins of walking,supermarkert and retails nearby, excellent if you want to be away from the crowd and yet convenient -

peace and quiet near the city
You might think that peace & quiet could never be found in the city. but in tanjong rhu apartment, you'll can have your peace and quiet will still in close proximity to the city. with walking distance to bus stop, kallang stadium, shopping center and etc. -
