  Nice Quiet Condo

  This is a nice place. I just sold my unit after buying it during launch. The place is quiet and serene. It feels more like a resort than a condo. Very good for small family. The distance to the MRT is pretty far though as there are no direct routes there. There is a need to walk the main road. Not much amenities nearby. Everything is at least 15 minutes away. The new mall is at least 20 minutes away. There isn't much of a view. The price is good for the size. The pool is nice as is the children pool. The gym is adequate.

  Condo with growth potential (in my opinion)

  Prices will increase when the mega mall is up. This project really nice, really like the glass door lobby of each block. No wonder project is nice, because the developer is Frasers Centrepoint Homes. Considered premium developer can see Tangerine Grove.

  Tasteful Condo

  I am contemplating buying some projects near the Upper Paya Lebar/Serangoon area for its proximity to the future mega mall and convenience. Just viewed this project and found it extremely well-maintained; obviously the condo management team did an excellent job in maintaining the condo. This project is quiet, has nice facilities, sufficient land space, convenient, with good interior finishing. One thing I like best is the security features. I've been to condo where passerby can just walk in -albeit confidently- to fool the security guards. A visitor to this condo has to pass the main gates, which is shut, unless the security guard allows enter. All in all, this unit has entered my choice list. Definitely a tasteful and elegant project.
