  Getaway

  got a unit here recently, this place stands out in with its unique English style concepts. Nested away from the bustling and hassling of city fringes. Great buy for peace and quietness. Satisfied buyer.

  Expat Resident

  The condo has a great ambiance plus the convenience of being close to the center (via CTE). The school i teach at recently moved to Tampines and the TPE link makes that convenient as well! If you dont have a car - the bus stop is just outside the condo and takes you to the center or to the MRT. If your unit is facing away from the CTE - you can really enjoy the peacefulness. The greenery is appealing (even if you go for a walk down Yio Chu Kang road) and the reservoirs are close by for hiking/biking. Personally - we loved the "low rise" colonial architecture as compared to the typical "high rise" condos in Singapore. Overall - great place. Highly recommended for western expats ( In fact two of my friends moved over to Sunrise over the year) I dont really have any negatives to point out - but to be extremely picky - the staircase leading to the management office needs some cleaning and polishing !

  Sunrise gardens

  Its a gud condo for families who like quiet and peaceful surroundings. It has lot of greenery in and around the condo. It has gud outdoor facilities like nice swimming pool,gym, tennis court, children play area etc. The condo is slightly away from MRT and mall. Convenient for people with their own vehicle.
