Summerhill Condo Resort Living
Surrounded by beautiful greenery which facilitates lively morning or evening walks. Beautiful resort like living with many swimming pools, water slides for chn, tennis courts, jacuzzi, steam rooms, mahjong, karaoke, library, function rooms, poolside barbecue facilities. My family and I lived in a ground floor apartment with large private outdoor space for alfresco dining next to the swimming pool. It was a beautiful resort holiday chalet living experience! Highly recommended for families with children and for people working at home as its resort, tranquil surroundings are a bonus! -

Nice water features and space
Spacious units with nice water features, including a big pond with fish at the entrance. The main downside, like most of the developments along this stretch of Hume Ave, is the lack of immediate proximity to a MRT station, although the upcoming Hume station should solve this somewhat. There is a bus stop right outside, so taking a feeder bus is not an issue. There are security guards stationed at the main entrance every morning to direct traffic, because coming out can be a bit of a jam during peak hour as the road is quite narrow. Good mix of local and expat residents. -

Very noisy especially higher floor
Sits beside the main road and Hillview flyover, It is a good place to stay if it is not too noisy! -

Great spot of green heaven with plenty of ame
Well-laid out spacious apartments , green unblocked views and great facilities that have recently been upgraded by a new comitee over the last three years. The new Hillv2 mall is a 2 min walk away with the MRT a 5 min walk from the back gate. -

Lovely ambiance
Full of greenery and waterfalls/ponds within the condo. The longest pool i have seen in a condo and comfortable amenities. 5 min walk to a mall and 10 min walk to MRT Hillview. Lot of nearby parks which truly gives a feeling of staying away from the city -

Well maintained
Carpark is a nightmare to drive in. Car skid plate keeps crashing against the hump at carpark entrance unless approach at crawling speed. not a place i look forward to leaving and coming home to if im driving/rushing to work Otherwise the estate is well kept. 4 bedder units have better frontage and views. 3/2 bedders tend to be blocked as they are built further in and end up with partial greenery views from the living room, which also makes the interior darker. Rooms have squarish efficient layout. No balconies for living rooms. Ground floor units have good size patios and pool views, some families are even growing papaya trees in their outdoor gardens. -

Great condo for families with children
Summerhill is a great condo for families with children! It's an extremely kids friendly place, with nice facilities and very well managed. In terms of amenities, it takes less than 10 min walk to the rail mall from the front gate, where ou can find all the eateries, Watson's, and even Cold storage. I highly recommend this place for natural lovers, families with children, as well as people require full condo facilities! -

Inconvenient Transportation
Moved here a year ago, still find very inconvenient to travel to other parts of Singapore and amenities are not within walking distance. Only one feeder bus plying this place and it took me 20 mins to walk to future MRT by using the back gate. -
