What is good?
- Location - doorstep convenience starting with provision shop in front, the many eateries within 1minute walk, accessibility with so many buses plying East Coast Road, 5-7 minute walk to the new Katong mall, 10 minute walk to Parkway Parade mall, 20 minute walk to the EastCoast Park/beach, 15 minute to the city -- what more can you ask for?
The not so good --Traffic, partly due to the temple across the street, the cars that park illegally at the junction of Ceylon Road/East Coast Road. Note, the noise from the temple is only for a few days a year.

Hidden Gem in Nostalgic Katong/EastCoast
Just got a unit here, this development is well situation within good old katong charm with fantastic eateries at its doorstep. Upcoming katong mall revamp within walking distance will defintely add vibrancy to the vicinity.
The development is quiet well kept with a good mix of western expats and local families. Very Happy to have bought a unit here!!

The location of this development is fantastic! Convenient because of the direct public buses to the city. The rides take only less than 20 minutes. I like the vast food varieties available just outside the development, along East Coast Road. Also, the proximity to Parkway Parade is a big plus as there is what they call a "mega supermarket" and all sorts of cuisines. East Coast Park is also very nearby. The only not to ideal situation is the Indian temple across the street but I think it should not be a big problem because it is usually quiet the many times I walk pass. Hoping to move here next.
