Moshie Safdie is Brilliant! His design is a success. All round open, bright and airy, with open views from every unit. An iconic piece of art in the heart of Bishan. New class of home for all its occupants, yet so complete conveniences at its door step.

Stylish design, Convenient Location
Beautiful design, excellent location just minutes away from the Bishan interchange. Good for rental. What's important is the management's taking care of the place.
Early purchasers paid 20% more as compared to later ones. This meant those who bought first have to (1) pay up earlier (more interest) (2) pay more than what the units are valued now (3) likely lose money and even if there is something to be made, make less than 20% of what the later buyers enjoy.
Early birds lose three times.Timing is everything, being first does not win.

Sky Vue
Did some research on Sky Habitat and the neighboring Sky Vue. Seems that Sky Vue is a much better deal with regards to psf $. Sky Vue is also closer to MRT. True, Sky Habitat has an impressive design. But only the complete product will show if that's worth the premium...

design practicality in question...
While acclaimed designers seek to come out with faciful designs to make their mark, the practicality of their designs often come to doubt. Think Reflections @ Keppel - the odd angles and big pillars out of nowhere.
Sky Habitat looks to be another such project. The numerous ledges and edges in this design means that rain and dirt stains will build up very fast! And very often algae or mould around these edges as well.... Let's see if I am proven right on this.
Not to mention that some of the units, are not even entitled to marble flooring at such psf!
