facility-rich
Sky Habitat has many facilities. i feel it is adequate as there are hundreds of units here. there R three pools of various uses, even one on the bridge. there is a gym too, that is very popular so i try to go at off peak times, and a tennis court that was recently upgraded. -

personal backyard
at Sky Habitat, it is designed so everyone has their own private backyard. can be used for chilling, plants, hanging clothes or everything in between. what a relaxing and unique building, worthy of CBD or town, but located in the heartland of the Singapore. -

near mrt aesthetic
best. Sky Habitat is extremely close to the MRT, especially the circle line side. lots of supermarkets here to choose from, eating places, hawker, restaurant, community centre, sports complex, and just few stops via MRT to head to town or CBD. aesthetically pleasing addition to Bishan also. -

excellent location
Bishan is a prime heartland neighbourhood, where prices go up to millions, and Sky Habitat is one such example. many schools nearby, malls, eateries and good facilities, plus the convenience of living in bishan with all that you need around within reach. this is ezcellent thorugh and through if you can accept the premium price that's comparable to Orchard Road but located in the heartland. -

japanese design
Sky Habitat was jointly developed by Capitaland & Mitsubishi Estate Asia. the architecture is very outstanding, with its staircase towers and structured diagonal tier design with the linkbridges connecting them. inside, the interior is also very comfortable, with spacious well designed apartments, and everyone has their own little backyard. so privileged to stay in such an icon! -

Brilliant start, time will tell if it's worth
Bishan is a good area to stay in. Lots of good school, good amenities, safe neighborhood. So far there has been no condo near Bishan MRT until Sky Habitat entered the picture. Location is what gives Sky Habitat it's premium price tag. Being close to the Circle Line + North South Line, not too far from the city, amenities such as Community Centre, Post Office, Supermarkets (even a 24h one), markets. Even a city location may not give you all this. Yet, it's quiet enough, tucked at a less rowdy corner of Bishan near the pool, where traffic isn't too heavy. The condo is iconic looking & looks v nice when you are along the expressway. Designed by Safdie who also designed MBS. The finishings are good, facilities look decent, and so far the management has been excellent. However, except for the sky pool, the other 2 bridges are quite exposed and the lounge sofas will be dirtied very soon. The large terrace space for the corner units are going to be a hassle to maintain. Time will tell if this is worth the price tags homeowners had paid for. -

Is it really worth the thought?
Seen the actual units recently. The interior finishing is not of a luxury finishing. Looks prestigious on one glance when past by but u will have a second thought when u really study the internal building and structure. Unit interior- Poor finishing Giving homogeneous tiles and normal bath toilets and kitchen material. One should take a look on what is a luxury condo finishing eg. some proj out there under CDL, UOL developer. Had saw some crack here and there over the external building, with algae growing. Take note that it is a entirely white color building, any flaws can be spotted easily. Most important note is that Sky habitat is comprises of 70% landscaping and exterior structure with only 30% area for residential units. This will definitely result in a much higher maintenance fee in near future and residents will be expected to regularly needing to top up the committee fund for the up-keeping of the building. Else it may affect the property value. At this pricing, one should consider other condos in city fringe area. -
