Went to a friend's house at Seasons Park sometime back to BBQ and I fell in love with the place. It is a very serene development and has a resort feel.
In addition, it has a very big sprawling pool and a big BBQ pit. The function room is one of the biggest that I have seen in a condomium with a pool table and a KTV room. There are also 2 tennis courts on the roof of the carpark.
Yio Chu Kang MRT is only a 8-10mins walk or one bus-stop away from the back gate of the condo. You can also take a 5 mins walk to the wet market nearby where there is a big newly renovated hawker centre, bank, guardian pharmacy, commitee centre etc. Definitely a very convenient location.

Prices too ex
Considering that the location is at Yio Chu Kang, and this is a 99yr project that isn't within walking distance to a MRT and a lack of renowned schools around within 1km, the present asking psf$ is rather high. Personally think that the potential for upside is quite limited.
