Management bad
Stayed here for many years and the management has been bad to worst. It's 2024 now and the management has been lazy and rotten signages has been pasted all over . Messy and unsightly. -

Nice condo to live
Live here for more than 8 years, it is one of the best condo for family and the transport link will improve tremendously after the new Lentor MRT station open in months. -

Lovely Condo
I just moved in for a couple of months and lived in a unit facing pool. Can't express how happy I am with the lovely view and the convenience offered. There are market, hawker centre, few coffee shops, clinics, banks, ATMs and plentiful of shops and a community club within about 3 mins walk via the community hospital. Friends visted me were surprised at how nice and well maintained for a condo at this age. The huge pool is quiet on Weekdays. More people are spotted on weekend but generally less than 10. Evening in the weekend can be noisy especially when there is BBQ going on with children and kids. Need to take a bus for 1 bus stop to yck mrt station if you do not want to walk under the hot sun. Overall, I am happy with the condo and looking forward to the upcoming mrt station in front of the condo. -

Don't believe the reviews by agents!
Overpriced, small and old. Not well maintained. Reviews above written to inflate the price even further. Staying here a while now, aside from location, cannot find any plus points. Constantly find rubbish around, and noisy people having parties at midnight. Not suitable unless you are staying short term and dont want to come home. -

Nice Condo, Well Maintain
Very nice and well maintain condo. Quiet, serene and very resort feel. Love it when i stepped in the condo and eventually bought a unit here after comparing other condo nearby. -

Nice Project
Just bought a unit there. Seen many new launches/other projects but offer to purchase this place the moment I viewed an unit here. Very resort feel for family. -

Great place to stay!
Bought one unit here one year ago and I must say Seasons Park is a very nice place to stay, with lots of greenery around. I and my family look forward to going back home everyday and we enjoy the serenity and the resort feel. The condo is very well maintained and the management here is friendly and responsible. The function room is very big, and it can house many guests if you book both function room and billiards room which are side by side. The surrounding environment is great with mature trees around, that makes this condo cool and windy. Minutes to Yio Chu Kang MRT, schools, polytechnic, wet market and eateries, very convenient. -

Great Choices!
Perfect choices for family, Expats, young couple in an exclusive resort condo with full condo facilities, lots of Green to offer, not too huge project and better in quality compare to nearby condo. It is quiet yet mins to YCK MRT, market, school, polytechnic around. -

Superb location
Went to a friend's house at Seasons Park sometime back to BBQ and I fell in love with the place. It is a very serene development and has a resort feel. In addition, it has a very big sprawling pool and a big BBQ pit. The function room is one of the biggest that I have seen in a condomium with a pool table and a KTV room. There are also 2 tennis courts on the roof of the carpark. Yio Chu Kang MRT is only a 8-10mins walk or one bus-stop away from the back gate of the condo. You can also take a 5 mins walk to the wet market nearby where there is a big newly renovated hawker centre, bank, guardian pharmacy, commitee centre etc. Definitely a very convenient location. I -

Prices too ex
Considering that the location is at Yio Chu Kang, and this is a 99yr project that isn't within walking distance to a MRT and a lack of renowned schools around within 1km, the present asking psf$ is rather high. Personally think that the potential for upside is quite limited. -
