Having lived in the East with the East Coast Beach as my childhood playground, a brand new unit as close to the beach as possible is my dream for a long time. Seaside Residence is what I have been looking for. The layout is sensible and regular while fittings look expensive and the building design is thoughtful, given that sky gardens on every block are accessible to all to enjoy a 360 degree view . Proximity to the upcoming Siglap MRT (just 200m away ) is a big plus. Shopping is very convenient with the Marine Terrace shops just a couple of bus stops away. Parkway Parade also has a myriad of restaurants and shops to choose from. Surely looking forward to fun beach walks with my kids, aromatic hawker food just by walking through the nearby underpass and the charming midnight cycling trips from the seaside to Gardens by the Bay. It is a location that is hard to beat! (Since TOP is in 2021, my ratings on the building below is only based on the model and the developer's record.)

Noise vs Sea View (if any)
Went to the showroom but not that impressed with quality of the furnishings. No budget by developer to go for double-glazed windows?! Agent tried to convince the thicker glass used is sufficient... oh well haha! Bad enough if you have no seaview yet need endure the ECP noise. Got to put 1 side of the bed in common room against the walls.... I hate that claustrophobic feeling.
