  This condo won Asia Property Award for best c

  I’m impressed with the building design and landscaping. The pool size is generous and full of other facilities. The seaview is fully unblocked in 50% of the units, really value for money compared to those condos in Amber and Meyer which mostly have pocketed distant sea views but priced much much higher

  Very disappointing experience

  We used to live in this area. We saw rats several times just 3-4 meters! from the condo in the evenings, it was truly disturbing. The water pressure keeps fluctuating(like river made of rain), which made daily use inconvenient. The management is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Everything has to be done both via the app and in person, creating unnecessary double work(like deposit in cash!, not possible by credit card.. etc), . Would not recommend this condo or the area

  Never changing sea view

  Gotten a unit on high floor .. sea view is never stop changing . Can even see Batam on clear days .. so happy to be staying here .. most are young couples and friendly environment..guards are very strict and do ground walk often .. cleaners clean and mop common floor daily

  Noisy , Badly Managed , Low Quality Construct

  Not recommended investment , deprecated living quality, ECP traffic noise never stops regardless of the floor , on the other side Victoria schools will keep you annoyed the rest of the time. Terrible management is the cherry on top but tenants letting their dogs poop in the entrance hall is also great value.

  So lucky that I got a unit here during the la

  Moved in with family and we have called this place our home. Love it! Developer has implemented effective measures to curb the noise along ECP. We have no issue with this.
