  Great Condo to live in !

  Recent condo with clean facilities and infrastructure. Good location. Large units with nice balconies!

  Worst Management

  Condo is nice but the management is worst. They feel it’s their own prosperity and sees the residencies as second class people. If you ever need to deal with these people it is not going to be easy.

  Worst 2bedroom layout

  I have viewed the 2 bedroom units and I don’t recommend to anyone. Firstly, the electrical box is not properly cover. Secondly the common room is super small and thirdly too much space wasted on the balcony.

  Nice city living

  Good impression. Responsible security officers. Facilities are well maintained, thus there are clean gym, pool with jacuzzi, playground, etc. Can easily get nice food nearby and walkable to MRT/public transport.

  Noisy!

  Rented a unit here. Regretted it. Night and day is very noisy. It is also very dusty here making it very unhealthy to open the windows. Previous reviewer said the pool was dirty, i think it may not be the maintenance but it's because of the dust coming from everywhere at this condo. Even if they clean the pool every week it'll still be dirty.

  Not the best choice

  I have lived in this condo for 2 years and I would not recommend it to anyone. Very rude management. Condo rules are not made for comfortable living of tenants and are not very well thought through. Despite that my unit was facing the opposite side from Serangoon road, noise level from the road was huge, especially during the night. I don't know how people live in the units facing the road. Condo itself is cheaply built. Logistically condo is in a good location - 2 MRT are short walk away, but Serangoon is constantly jammed. Facilities are ok, but not well maintained. Dirt in the pool. Best thing about this condo is a view from a balcony (if you lucky to have one)
