Nice city living
Good impression. Responsible security officers. Facilities are well maintained, thus there are clean gym, pool with jacuzzi, playground, etc. Can easily get nice food nearby and walkable to MRT/public transport. -

Noisy!
Rented a unit here. Regretted it. Night and day is very noisy. It is also very dusty here making it very unhealthy to open the windows. Previous reviewer said the pool was dirty, i think it may not be the maintenance but it's because of the dust coming from everywhere at this condo. Even if they clean the pool every week it'll still be dirty. -

Not the best choice
I have lived in this condo for 2 years and I would not recommend it to anyone. Very rude management. Condo rules are not made for comfortable living of tenants and are not very well thought through. Despite that my unit was facing the opposite side from Serangoon road, noise level from the road was huge, especially during the night. I don't know how people live in the units facing the road. Condo itself is cheaply built. Logistically condo is in a good location - 2 MRT are short walk away, but Serangoon is constantly jammed. Facilities are ok, but not well maintained. Dirt in the pool. Best thing about this condo is a view from a balcony (if you lucky to have one) -
