near BK town ctr
Regent Residences is near Boon Keng MRT and the various heartland amenities there. only about 10min walking distance for me. i love this convenient location that is in the local neighbourhood yet relatively central. is easy to travel around and buy my groceries or any last min stuffs that i need. -

chose the quiet side
so Regent Residences has been getting some flak for the traffic noise. i think each their own, but for me living facing the back, it is quiet and i have a good view from the hgih floor. its super convenient aswell and condo facilities are also decently sized. good city fringe property to stay in. -

suitable for solo or small families
compact unit sizes at Regent Residences, which is upfront when you are buying the unit here. for me is no problem because i am staying alone and there is less to clean. might be a bit squeezy for families, but there are many facilities like pool area so there's more space there. enjoy the quick commute that reduces my last mile commute. short walk to mrt and then quick ride to my workplace. can buy stuff otw as many shops around mrt area. though no major shopping mall here but the hawker food is cheap and good. -

Big pool!
Regent Residences prime feature is its swimming pool, which i feel is big and excellent for getting those laps in. plus it's sheltered! Other big things are the carpark and the balcony. I think it's great. -

Regent to Boon Keng is 7min walk
From Regent Residences, it takes just 7min to walk to Boon Keng MRT. there are also many shpps and eateries there, at affordable neighbourhood heartland prices. easy to get to town, go up to punggol on the same North East Line, can also transfer to other lines easily as it is centrally located. -

Good view and peaceful
There have been some complaints about noise from the main road at Regent Residences, but get those units facing the back as they are quiet. you also enjoy a good view from mid to high floors. it is unblocked, windy, and also has sunset scenes . -

Good location! City fringe
Pretty close by the mrt. 7-8 mins walk. Gym equipment recently upgraded. Newly repainted as well. I've lived here close to 8 years. Definitely better management now. -

small development
Decent-sized pool for the number of units, but the function room next to the pool is incredibly small (you can't have a party of more than 6 people at any one time, after taking into account the space taken up by table and chairs). Unfriendly management. Units generally small in size, and not much of a driveway area to drop off people. -
