  Big pool!

  Regent Residences prime feature is its swimming pool, which i feel is big and excellent for getting those laps in. plus it's sheltered! Other big things are the carpark and the balcony. I think it's great.

  Regent to Boon Keng is 7min walk

  From Regent Residences, it takes just 7min to walk to Boon Keng MRT. there are also many shpps and eateries there, at affordable neighbourhood heartland prices. easy to get to town, go up to punggol on the same North East Line, can also transfer to other lines easily as it is centrally located.

  Good view and peaceful

  There have been some complaints about noise from the main road at Regent Residences, but get those units facing the back as they are quiet. you also enjoy a good view from mid to high floors. it is unblocked, windy, and also has sunset scenes .

  Good location! City fringe

  Pretty close by the mrt. 7-8 mins walk. Gym equipment recently upgraded. Newly repainted as well. I've lived here close to 8 years. Definitely better management now.

  Noisy condo with non cooperative management

  small development

  Decent-sized pool for the number of units, but the function room next to the pool is incredibly small (you can't have a party of more than 6 people at any one time, after taking into account the space taken up by table and chairs). Unfriendly management. Units generally small in size, and not much of a driveway area to drop off people.

  Worst Management

  Condo is nice but the management is worst. They feel it’s their own prosperity and sees the residencies as second class people. If you ever need to deal with these people it is not going to be easy.

  Worst 2bedroom layout

  I have viewed the 2 bedroom units and I don’t recommend to anyone. Firstly, the electrical box is not properly cover. Secondly the common room is super small and thirdly too much space wasted on the balcony.
