  holiday vibe

  with the view of the palm trees, blue skies, lovely pool and yacht area, living at Reflections at Keppel Bay feels like I'm at a resort elsewhere... Miami? haha. it's been wonderful, love waking up daily and thinking I'm on holiday.

  Different vibes from normal condo estate in S

  The place feels relaxed and very different from normal estates. It is just next to the waterfront and there isn't any other projects that has this feature. The place is huge and design are luxurious. Love this place very much after moving in for a few months.

  Terrible place to stay

  Stay in the villa block as owner for 6 years. Not a ideal place for family. Not much facilities, swimming pool, tennis court, bbq, function room. Swimming closed many times due to human poo. Facade seems to be falling a part. The glass windows were never clean as promised by the MCST. Common areas always very dirty due to inconsiderate dog owners leaving dog poo all around. The miele equipment in the house - terrible. Costly to repair! As mentioned by some, you rodents, cockroaches, etc. With Keppel Club clearing out, I believe you will see monkeys, snake & more.

  Wonderful environment

  Went to my friend’s house here, was really impressive, beautiful surroundings, very windy the air is fresh there, lots of greenery around

  Strikes a chord

  I enjoy a nice cup of cold coffee, the warm breeze from the sea and the setting sun, so Reflections at Keppel Bay strikes a chord. I’ve been living here for five years now, have a busy work life during the week, but I find time to take my family to the nearby Harbourfront Centre or Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal, where we catch the ferry to some of the Southern islands. The kids are growing up appreciating nature and have since reduced their addiction to mobile devices.

  Astounding architecture, huge grounds

  Astounding architecture, huge grounds and one if the biggest and comprehensive gym. One of the downside may be the slightly steely office feeling

  THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!

  The worst condo I have ever lived in Singapore. Poor and unresponsive management. Roaches and rodents everywhere (I am not kidding). Last time, there were 10 roaches dead in the lobby. The management keeps saying that roaches and rodents are just inevitable because the park is near. It was much better about an year ago before the new management took over the job. I would not recommend this place to any of my acquittances. Beautiful outside but rotten inside.

  Reflections At Keppel Bay

  One of the most beautiful and iconic architecture in Singapore. units on the big rise blocks enjoy beautiful views of the sea while the low rise blocks feels homely. High quality finishes and one can enjoy beautiful views of yachts parking at the berth. Well appointed quality interiors.The land is vast but can probably be better if there are more matured landscape. Units can also enjoy beautiful view of Keppel golf course. Reflections has one to the most impressive stand alone gym. One of the biggest and very well equipped.

  Reflections

  We've been staying in Reflections for 3 months and are happy so far. We visited a lot of units as there are a lot of different layouts and found a good corner unit with good view and privacy. I found the fittings to be of very good quality actually. Having renovated a house before, I can tell the HansGrohe bathroom fittings are top of the range and the Schneider Neo light system is nice & exp also. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washer/dryer... much better than our previous condo actually. The facilities are ok, just missing a basketball field for me... Public transports ok, lots of buses downstairs. Bottom line, it's one of the best condo we visited and quite good value for money.
