Parc Sophia
Had a look at the almost completed project recently. Space between blocks are quite decent. Interior is rather basic though. Developer could have given a better door. Still, location wise it is very strategic. Located at the crossroads of sophia and Adis. Turn Left and you are on your way to Cathay, Turn right and plenty of ammenities at Selegie greet you. 2 Pool areas for residents to relax in this quiet enclave. compared to nearby projects I would say this one is more attractive in terms of location and value. -
