  Great accessibility to expressway if you drive. Seems that there are some issues with the management office

  Poor management and bad service.

  Cannot do this, cannot do that. Going back on their words and making it sounds like it's your mistake. Its hard when you're trying to be a good and compliant resident.

  Looking forward to new MRT line

  Just one bus stop away to the upcoming Thomson line station entrance. Great facility. Affordable price for tenant or buyers

  Nice and tranquil environment

  Impressed with the facilities in this condo. Nice resort feel when enter the condo. However it is abit far from the mrt. A good living space for a reasonable price.

  Ridiculous Amenities Rules Condo Mngt

  Been staying here for the last 1 yr.. Glad we have decided to leave soon. The current property management refuses to provide me with someone i can write in to. One would think staying in a condo facility you would be able to enjoy its amenities such as the tennis court etc with ease. Not with this property! This property has only x1 tennis court and even with x1 tennis court it is hardly ever used: 1.You still have to pay to use the tennis court. Which we did and did not complain about. 2. You need to place a $50 Booking Deposit with every BOOKING YOU MAKE! 3. Each unit is only allowed an hour of booking EVERY FORTNIGHT on weekends! BUT THE COURT IS HARDLY EVER USED! 4. Management hours clash with residents working hours which makes it difficult to organize booking sessions and collection of the deposit! 5. If i was to make advance bookings for weekly session on sundays, I was expected to pay a deposit of $50 for EACH booking made! We were not allowed to just pay a one time $50 deposit and leave it with management until all our booking sessions were completed. This is absurd! The condo management team are completely oblivious to all the hassle. When asked to give me an email address to someone i can speak to other than them. They claim its confidential etc! I wish them luck! now it makes sense why there is never anyone booking the courts. Waste of space!

  A Nice developement

  This development has just TOP last month. It is nice, quiet & peaceful project. Great for family.

  Too Expensive, Over Priced

  It is certainly overpriced for this project. The rooms are extremely small and anyone buying a resale unit is too silly as the buyer is paying the SSD for the seller to dispose of the unit. It is more than 1km to both Marsiling and Woodlands MRT. Walking out from the condomiumium to the main road takes close to 10minutes. Another another 15 minutes to the MRT from the mainroad. Project is very noisy as it is directly opposite the SLE. Not Recommended.
