  Perfect Quiet Sanctuary

  I love living here!

  Impressed with the facilities in this condo. Nice resort feel when enter the condo. Somewhat like resort ambiance and very peaceful atmosphere. Near to new TEL3 line and most affordable in Singapore today.

  u guys are funny with positive reviews

  lousy location. my god 1km to mrt ? go to condo u tot u rch domitory. laudry all over the places . shoe box size condo unit u realise mayb prison cell is bigger . coridors are horror . so narrow lol like dunno how it pass the fire safety checks. pls la u guys wan sell for profit u know u buy how low at the start . look at how many units are crashing out now lol

  high class dormitory

  shoe box design and it is one of the cheapest condo. you need to go around the blocks and you will see extended kitchen in the balcony and laundry at the common area. do you want to live in such environment if you want a true condo living?

  The worst property investment ever

  The units are all micro tiny shoeboxes even for a 5 rooms penthouse. Every unit is close to each other with zero privacy. Far away from MRT and residents are mostly upgraders. Even HDB is better!

  Poor management and bad service.

  Cannot do this, cannot do that. Going back on their words and making it sounds like it's your mistake. Its hard when you're trying to be a good and compliant resident.

  Looking forward to new MRT line

  Just one bus stop away to the upcoming Thomson line station entrance. Great facility. Affordable price for tenant or buyers
