  Sweet upgrade

  I was doing a lot of property research in 2020 as we had plans to sell our apartment with the intention of spending $3 million on a new unit. I wanted to upgrade to a 4-bedder with modern condo amenities. Parc Clematis launched at the right time and we purchased a 5-bedder instead. The building's design looks lovely and based on the location, the view from the upper floors should be spectacular. I'm so happy with the upgrade!

  Good location and great faculties. Layouts ar

  Good location and great faculties. Layouts are neat and efficient. Near good schools are close proximity to AYE and PIE. But to walk to amenities may be near but not exactly on its doorstep.
