have lived in various condos and Parc Clematis probably has the most "holiday" feeling out of all of them. The huge beach pool? It looks like something from Bali, and the gardens are always well maintained. surprised that my introvert daughter actually made friends within few weeks because there are always families downstairs. Mmanagement organises festive events quite often which is nice touch. The only downside for me is because it's such a massive estate, walking from one end to another takes longer than expected... So I joke tt I already finish my exercise before reaching the clubhouse! My unit faces away from AYE so it's nice and quiet. -

beach pool
Parc Clematis facilities are top notch. The beach pool is amazing, my kids call it their own mini water park. There are also several playgrounds, lap pools and plenty of open space for my children to run around safely. Weekends feel like staying at a resort instead of home, no surprises why we've all become homebodies now. My wife also likes the dance studio while I use the gym quite regularly. The condo is huge so sometimes it takes awhile to walk from one end to the other, but that's expected for such a big development. Overall very family friendly with pri sch and town centre nearby too! -

near Sci Park
stay at Parc Clematis while working near Science Park. location works very well to my benefits, with Clementi MRT only a short bus ride or walk away. travel to NUS and the business parks are also nearby. plus point is this development itself feel like a luxury resort with beautiful landscaping, multiple pools and excellent facilities. my favourite are the 50m lap pools as they're rarely too crowded during weekday mornings so I can get in a swim before heading to office. -

grand look in Clementi
excited about Parc Clematis since launch and managed to get a unit here. Condo looks grand from the moment you enter and visitors always comment on the huge beach pool. like Maldives, they say. My unit layout is practical with decent sized bedrooms compared to some newer projects. Location is another plus, especially being near Nan Hua Primary and amenities in Clementi central. One thing to note is the estate has two entrances, one is better for drop off while the other goes direct to carpark. Can be confusing so tell your delivery clearly. Also, some facing the expressway can hear traffic sounds at night. not any issue for me. -

Decided to rent here because my kid is studying at NUS and clementi is conveniently connect to my workplace at CBD. We viewed many apartments in Clementi and found this the best option despite the rent is abit expensive. We all love the facilities here and we just discover a side gate that leads us to the MRT station and bus interchange within 5 mins walk. Sometimes we take the free shuttle bus back home. -

Poor interior layout & carpentry
The layout wastes precious floor space by having a long corridor whose area amounts to that of a room. The carpentry is bad and some people have had their sliding wardrobe door fall off. -

Don't recommond
I compared other houses in the same community. The price of this house is significantly higher than others. I was cheated by the landlord. I really don't recommend it. It's obviously bullying newcomers. The room is separated from the living room, so there is no living room in the entire house. I feel very crowded. It's equivalent to using 2b2b to sell at a 3b2b price. I think it's not cost-effective at all -

Best mega development in the west
One of the good condo that give you a top school, lots of facilities and mrt. Very suitable for families with kids -
