  2 Bedrooms in OSM

  Hi, No really that bad like what you said. I m the owner of 3 bedder and my fren owns a 2 bedder. The balcony has about 2/3 pocket view. Privancy wide, still ok as she put all curtains in all bedrooms, dining and toilets. For toilets, you can either put wooden bind or sun screen (those can block the view from outside one)...it is not tat bad like what you said. And it is suitable for small family with affordable price.

  Very Poor 2-Bedroom Layout

  The developer completely sacrificed the 2 bedrooms. No doubt the proportion is good but the neighbour can absolutely see the living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and even the bathrooms clearly! The 2 buildings are only within 6 to 8 metres away. The bathroom windows are clear glass! The developer should have tinted them. The development is nice but very disappointing 2 bedrooms.

  Great Property

  This is a great property. Strategically located. Very good sized pool for a mid size development. Floor plans proportionally laid down. Better than many more expensive properties in Singapore. Attention to details. One of the few condos that even consider curtain tracks not being exposed. This is a home, not just a condo. Worth buying.

  Bought a unit

  I have bought a unit in One Saint Michael, nice interior, finishing, facilities and pool. Hopefully we can move in soon. Anyone knows when is the TOP date?
