Great place
Rented this place and is fantastic . Lots of good food around and the swimming pool is great. Bed Room is big and driving to any part of Singapore just take around 15 mins via the 2 major expressway Cte and PIE Just that the management keep on changing. -

need responsive MA
This is a good condo. Just that over the years, maintenance and management needs improvements. I have another condo near Sixth Ave, more than 20 years old but looks so much better. noticed the common areas defects can be fixed easily. And i'm definitely against spending big sums of money from the Funds. sometimes we need to understand Big problems need simple solutions that does not cost much -

Enough agent posts!
I've lived here for almost a year now and I thought a review by a tenant rather than an agent might be useful. The condo itself is okay. The 3 beds are a good size, but the build quality and finishing are not the best. The area is good for transport (PIE, CTE) but there's not much else here. Nearest supermarkets are at NEX and City Square, which are 5-10 mins drive away. Construction has been going on next door and directly overlooks the pool. Noise and dust are a problem. The elevators are frequently out of service. There are only 2 for 25 floors so you can expect to wait 5 mins or more if they're busy. Littering and noise from other residents also seems to be a problem here. An ashtray smashed on our balcony from one of the floors above when we had just moved in. Serangoon road is beside the condo and there is a lot of traffic noise in the lower units. It is convenient for taxis though. We live in the upper floors but still get sewer flies in the bathroom and kitchen areas. I believe this is just a problem with the area, not the condo. There are a few reported dengue cases nearby as well. So there you go, an honest review! -

Came across this condo in my property search recently. Was quite impressed with the facade and exterior and went on to explore further and was surprised this is a FH condo with full facilites incl. a tennis court, steam baths and 50m lap pool, on top of a function room, wading pool, bbq pits and foot reflexology path......quite unusual for a condo near city. Also, it took me 7-8 mins leisure walk to Boon Keng MRT and the same time to access Sheng Siong and NTUC fairprise. 2 wet markets and hawkers within 10 mins walk ard the vicinity. Potential Enbloc sales nearby will definitely push up the psf from the current range or abt 1100 to much higher. I would strongly recommend this condo for family stay or investment. -

Gem
This area has great potential and has recently been slated for upgrading by the government. Woodsville Interchange will be completed this year and will greatly ease the traffic outside. 7 mins walk to mrt since this development is the nearest to the mrt along st michael's rd, units facing the city even can enjoy fireworks all year round..... -

City view and unblock
Great city view and it very windy. You can feel the wind even at ground floor. Some units can also see the other facing which is also unblocked view. All units are north south facing with the master bed room bigger than usual. Pool is 50m long and ultra clean. Not too many units in this condo making it rather exclusive. -

Need to say that for OSM while the development and finishing is nice, the place is overrated with the 2-room sacrificed. There maybe some that claims that the 2-rooms are not that bad, however who would actually want to live with just having the curtains and blinds closed in the master bedrooms, living rooms, bedrooms 24/7 for 365 days a yr? The rest of the layouts looks ok however the pricing is pretty steep with asking $900 - 1000 psf which could afford you a more central location. -
