  Fantastic city leaving

  Fantastic city leaving. Excellent location near orchard but away from the noise. One bus stop away from orchard. Have been living in the development for 5 years without regrets. Good maintenance of the overall development with regular up keep.

  Poor luxury condo

  Rent here for a 2 bed room unit. It definitely looks posh from the outside but when you stay there it worst. Pest issues, rats, mosquitoes, etc. Furnishing are poor quality. If you are intending to buy better to tear down and put up your own furnishings. If you ar the block 1 n at the Balmoral and Stevens road, good luck… the noise from the road and high end cars ramming their engines in the wee hours of the morning will give you sleepless nights. If you at 1 or 2 bed room units like us, the rubbish chute located inside the kitchen will smell bad because of the technology it uses to suck the rubbish. If you renting, pls ask your landlord to change the rubbish chute to good one to eliminate the smell.

  Posh from outside, terrible in the inside

  The quality of the furnishing is terrible.... after some time the items start breaking. If you get a 1 and 2 room apartment, the rubbish smells come into your kitchen due to the suction technology. f you are swimming certain time of the day, the rubbish suction blows into the swimming pool. Pest issues are persistent in this condo. The security team always smokes near the entrance. High end cars will rave the engines at the carpark and you can also hear high end cars at Balmoral and Stevens road. Always wake you up in the middle of the night! Not worth buying or renting the condo.

  epitome of luxury

  i was looking for a one-bedroom unit. even though i can't afford this, i went in to have a look at the showroom. what can i say? It's a Balmoral.
