  Great Location

  Considering 1 of the 3 BR units (if not for the slight west sun). Great location and nice lobby with security and air conditioned. Maintenance is affordable too.

  Convenient Location Yet Undervalue.

  Oleander Tower very convenience to MRT, interchange, OCBC, UOB, Maybank, DBS banks and shops. Peaceful with tight security environment, a new coat of paint will bring back this condo it shine, rental and value.
