  Convenient Location and well maintained devel

  Great location, accessible to plenty of amenities located at the central of Toa Payoh. A few minutes walk to Toa Payoh MRT Station, which is 3-stops away from Orchard. Just a right turn into PIE Changi or PIE Tuas, gets you to places easily. Condo management is responsive and receptive to suggestions for improving facilities and the neighbours are good as well. The only downside will be the carpark that has curved ramp, requires a fair bit of good driving skills.

  Only a mere 6 minutes walk to Toa Payoh hub,

  Only a mere 6 minutes walk to Toa Payoh hub, very convenient. Downside is it is near HD flats and the industrial park.

  Great Location

  Considering 1 of the 3 BR units (if not for the slight west sun). Great location and nice lobby with security and air conditioned. Maintenance is affordable too.

  Convenient Location Yet Undervalue.

  Oleander Tower very convenience to MRT, interchange, OCBC, UOB, Maybank, DBS banks and shops. Peaceful with tight security environment, a new coat of paint will bring back this condo it shine, rental and value.
