Rooms are quite big. Family loves it. Great outdoors near sea and beach.
Great views too but don't choose units near ECP as it can be quite noisy and dusty. Also don't get those which have afternoon sun, too hot.

Buying for Enbloc? hmmmm...
Land size is too big it gonna take more than one big developer to buy it. Coupled with the top-up back to 99yrs, that gonna be a very expensive enbloc exercise.
It did not succeed during the last property wave, it will be harder to materialize now given cooling measures.
It will be a 40yr old project in another few yrs. Will be hard for you to sell given tougher financing requirements for the buyer.
Enbloc... think again. You need at least get it at a good price... not at $1000psf considering it is almost 40% towards worthless status. (ie. out of its 99-yr lease)

spacious and great views
its well located with good transport links to the city. Also just minutes to the airport. The grounds are spacious and so are the apartments with great layout. Just minutes to East Coast Park way. Great for families. Also lots of space for a reasonable rental. For an old property, its reasonably well managed. It has en-bloc opportunites if you are prepared to wait a little.

Neptune Court
The Pros are transport links are great to Town or Marine Parade or Siglap, its very windy so you do not need air con, you get pockets of seaview in units on higher flrs. Access to beach & seafood centre is just via underpass.
The Cons - The development 35yrs & under going En bloc. Landlords are not very willing to fix or repair fittings. The Gym is so dusty, dirty & equipment rusty & some cannot be used. Security smokes while on duty & are rude to visitors when they do not park at allocated visitor lots. No free parking for visitors(Charged hourly)
