Neptune Court
The Pros are transport links are great to Town or Marine Parade or Siglap, its very windy so you do not need air con, you get pockets of seaview in units on higher flrs. Access to beach & seafood centre is just via underpass. The Cons - The development 35yrs & under going En bloc. Landlords are not very willing to fix or repair fittings. The Gym is so dusty, dirty & equipment rusty & some cannot be used. Security smokes while on duty & are rude to visitors when they do not park at allocated visitor lots.
