Pros and Cons but Satisfied
Saw extreme reviews, that is why thought of put in my nuetral opinion. Have moved in a couple of month, the environment is good but being a new project still touch ups are being made. Ambience in the project is really great, peaceful. Yes, workmanship is not great, but somewhat still managable dun really affect my life. Units are bright which i like & important thing is feel comfortable in this home with pools and rest areas. Transport is ok 8minutes walk to mrt and near high ways, amenities not too far but not too near also. but overall I like this place and enjoyed staying so far. -

What else can you expect only 630 psf. cheaper than EC. -

I find some of the reviews amusing really. They are obviously so imbalance that could only come from sellers. My first impression of Livia. The taxi uncle was surprised that it is a condo. Hmmm My second impression when I stepped into Livia, Whoa, looks like the HDB BTO or DBSS, whatever you call it. Its ok but the workmanship for a condo at that price is a mismatch. Quality of the floor, cupboard, toilets is HDB standard. Like what some of the reviewers say, the walls are HOLLOW. I wonder if the buyers knew beforehand. The environment outside is ok. I personally feel the pool may be insufficient when everyone moves in. Well, good luck and I hope five years down the road, the place doesn't crumbled judging from the quality of material. -

Disappointing Project
Just view Livia. Things that I do not like: - bay windows, lots of it. - cheap materials used - next to new EC - asking for unreasonable prices (final straw!) -

Nice environment but workmanship is bad
I think Livia is overprice for the rent. While the environment is nice, the actual workmanship is sub-standard. The gym is good though but I'm concern with the swimming pool. For so many blocks, having one swimming pool won't be enough. I'm giving 2 star for the property management because when I was there viewing, so many dead leaves around the area and even saw a dustbin overturn with all the rubbish on the floor and yet so many workers are walking pass it. I honestly will not want to pay $4,500.00 in rental for Livia. -

Poor wall in Livia units
I was surprised when I touch the walls within the unit in Livia project. Instead of concrete wall, they are all made of partition material like those use on false ceiling. Poorer sound proof & reliability. I wander did the developer informed the buyers earlier. -

LIVIA TOP soon
I drove pass LIVIA few days ago and noticed that the place is ready for TOP. I went to ask my agent and was told that it is going to TOP soon. I have noted that LIVIA is near to TPE and good JC. Good place to call HOME. -
