Took super long to build
From my memory, this condo ran into some issues during the building stage hence took very long to complete. The original developer does not seem to be the one who completed it. Many loose ends to tie. Warranty and defect liability period also a big question mark. Think and tread carefully.Caveat Emptor. -

The slowest construction for condo
Never saw such a project can take more than 5 years to complete. And it is such a small project with 70 units only! Can imagine how the buyers feel. I hope they can complete the job asap to reduce the noise. -

Status of this development
I signed S and P in July 2013. The progressive payment is up the foundation completion. No update of the progress. Any issue face by the developer? -
