Peaceful and quiet
The common areas are clean and it is very quiet. Near to bukit batik nature reserve and just 10 minutes walk maximum to the market. Very peaceful at night.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Not better than a HDB block
The property is situated in a noisy and hazardous industrial estate. Frequent movement of heavy vehicles makes the area hazardous. Nearest bus stop is 1 KM away and there is no covered footpath to the bus stop. The poorly equipped Gym can be used by only one person at a time. No proper BBQ facility. Swimming pool is poorly maintained. No on-site management office and literally no supervision or enforcement of rules and regulation. Residents litter and park here and there. Renovation continues till midnight and over weekend. The property is no better than a HDB block.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Efficient, peaceful, feels exclusive due to 7
It is efficient in space layout despite small in sqf. Feels very exclusive due to 70 units only. If you like to come home to a quiet place this is most appropriate!Was this review helpful? Report review -

Things are getting better and it is a conduci
Although this condo was delayed due to the original developer problems, things are getting better and there are improvements to common areas and the condo facilities. The location is at the fringe of the beautiful and serene Hillview Estate. I would highly recommend this place for its peace and quiet. The transport link is also quite good with 3 nearby MRT stations which are easily connected by the public bus services. There are also many nearby amenities. Quiet and peaceful, yet a convenient location, near to local amenities and nature reserve. Excellent location for working adults, families, students, etc. with adequate facilities for occupants. Laurel Tree visit
Small pool, quiet place. Not many ppl crowded in the pool. One bedroom unit just nice for 2pax. Lovely balcony noce for dining area, and nice chill place to sit down and enjoy the greneery bukit timah hill. Plenty parking available, lifts are clean and quiet. Nice gym. Many buses from bkt batok or bkt Gombak. Few eateries around the condo and walking distance to Guilin Park. Guard and guard are friendly. lWas this review helpful? Report review -
