  Horrible experience: not safe, heavy machinery and vehicles moving around the area, high humidity and high noise levels

  Quiet living

  Quiet area by the forest, always get peaceful sleep and nice view of stars. Amenities are simple but renovated. Close to bus stops and ~10min to Hillview MRT, Hume MRT, Beauty World MRT, and Bukit Batok MRT. Clean space and not dusty indoors.

  Enjoy living

  Peaceful, nice penthouse with own private Jacuzzi and area for BBQ. Great place singles or young couples who wants a private place to have small quiet gatherings

  Peaceful and quiet

  The common areas are clean and it is very quiet. Near to bukit batik nature reserve and just 10 minutes walk maximum to the market. Very peaceful at night.

  Not better than a HDB block

  The property is situated in a noisy and hazardous industrial estate. Frequent movement of heavy vehicles makes the area hazardous. Nearest bus stop is 1 KM away and there is no covered footpath to the bus stop. The poorly equipped Gym can be used by only one person at a time. No proper BBQ facility. Swimming pool is poorly maintained. No on-site management office and literally no supervision or enforcement of rules and regulation. Residents litter and park here and there. Renovation continues till midnight and over weekend. The property is no better than a HDB block.

  Efficient, peaceful, feels exclusive due to 7

  It is efficient in space layout despite small in sqf. Feels very exclusive due to 70 units only. If you like to come home to a quiet place this is most appropriate!
