Good and Inexpensive
Been searching for a 4 bedroom unit at the hillview area for the past 1 year. Went to almost all the condo located along Hume Ave. Finally found Hillview Green with full condo facilities and huge land. And the best part was that the asking price is reasonable - around $800+ psf. The nearby condo are asking around $900-$1000 psf nowadays. Heard that the condo will be due for re-painting soon, and a shopping mall coming up coupled with the mrt completion in 2015, I believe this is a condo worth investigating. -
