Old development
The development needed to refresh itself to more current rental needs, the gym and equipment are old and outdate, swimming location is favorable for half of the block, the rest have to walk quite a distance, the condo location to the mrt station and bus stop are not fully shelter. potential renter should look further afield before deciding. generally the estate is quite old already. -

Regular layouts with almost no wasted space
Regular layouts with almost no wasted space, a reflection of condos built during its era. On the downside is that it may look a bit plain. -

Massive Water Damage and Black Mold
The location is excellent near HillV 2 and Hillview MRT. One word of advise is to stray clear of ground floor of a certain block as the place is infested with Black Mold -

Fantastic
Went viewing this condo last Sunday. Feel the design not so new. But the inside very big. Renting very good for us as the space very good. Also very easy for us taking bis from Hillview road and MRT. Good to consider this condo. Thanks. -

Good Connnectivity
Hillview Green is situated along Hillview Ave and Hume Ave. It has 2 gates that facilitate residents going to either of the road. Going to town, head via Hume Ave. Going to West mall via bus, exit via Hillview Ave. Some mentioned that as Lam Soon is next to the condo, it is not good. In fact, it is not that bad as Lam Soon is a (very) light industrial building - pls trust Singapore government planning. Coupled with Ubin seafood, get ready for a feast! -

Hillview Green Condo
There are several reviews about Hillview Green Condo with mention of: However, the prices seem to be lower than the neighboring condos. Wondered what's the underlying reason? My answer to the reason is the Lam Soon Building which is right next to this condo will be subject to redevelopment soon as it is an Industrial Building. Therefore, when time is up they will tear down this building and redevelope into another condo. So potential buyers got to be careful about this issue and it is best to check with Land Authority of Singapore to confirm this. -

Spacious Land
Saw few units and surprised that the units are all very big compared to new condos I saw. I traded space over new development as I considered value for money as upmost importance. In my home country, all the houses are "old". Very old indeed. Is more of the up keeping which I think this development scores well. Spoke to some happy owners at the pool. Only thing is the wait for MRT - another 2-3 hrs more. Heard that Hillview is a prestige area. If is true, good. -

Hillview Green Undervalued?
Viewed many units in Hillview areas and found Hillview Green units lower than the rest? The facilities and common areas are well maintained. However, the prices seem to be lower than the neighboring condos. Wondered what's the underlying reason? On the whole, the place is reasonably well maintained. -

It is indeed very good
I had saw the reviews on the website done by other users. Initially, I was skeptical about what they say as it seems too good. Therefore, I had arranged to view the higher floor - 4 bedrooms unit. As it turns out, the common areas are very well maintained and spacious. The asking price seems reasonable as compared to other developments nearby. I hesitated to match the asking price ($800+psf) for the unit and when I finally did, the unit is gone! In just 1 week of listing. Will be looking out again! -

Decent Place
We are relocating from Japan to Singapore. I am looking for a place for my family of 4. Therefore, we want a place that have 4 bedrooms - 1 as a study room and also close to my working place in NUS. The new developments nearby are very small and asking price very high. I bought Hillview Green recently because the price is reasonable and the surrounding is very beautifiul and well maintained. The unit is also much bigger. It is also close to town - takes about 15 mins car ride with smooth traffic. -
