a relax sanctuary
For reader that might want to know what is living in Ferraria, here is my comment..... I have been living in Ferraria since last year. LOCATION: on the quiet Flora Drive private residential area. Shuttle bus to Tampines MRT station. Easy access to expressway: ECP, SLE, PIE and KPE. (5 mins drive to Changi Int'l Airport or 2 bus stop from Loyang Avenue) LIFESTYLE: Resort living with huge pools and features pools and the green. It is quiet and very relaxing. Really recommended to see the pool at night. Wifi around the pool area. INTERIOR: Clean Interior layout with spacious bathrooms. Good ventilation with huge windows throughout the unit. Safe electricity for not using light day time. Built in furniture is sophisticated with high quality of finishing (happened in Kitchen too), e.g. folding mechanism, gas spring, soft motion drawer runners, etc. The draw back for interior is only at the baywindow which has taken space in bedrooms. THE PEOPLE: More home owner than tenant, i reckon. -

A Tranquil Place
Resort living.. a tranquil, peaceful home with fantastic layout. By night is really quiet and nice. Love the pool .. largest pool for a condo development and is so beautiful in the nite... Accessible to ECP/PIE within mins. Friendly and alert security services. Good cleaning too! -

Feels like living in a holiday resort
Peaceful, quiet with lots of greenery... very well planned swimming pools in middle, good for serious swimmer and a separate pool where familes with kids can enjoy.. Location wise, near to aiport, changi business park , Tampines Mall and 4th University -

Nice Condo
One of the largest pool in a condo Nice Unit with good layout -
