best swimming pools!
The swimming pools at Ferraria Park are probably the best part of the condo. maybe the best in the whole of Flora Drive? They're huge, proper lap pools and not those funny shaped, short ones that disrupt your swimming routine awkwardly. Every weekend our whole family is downstairs swimming, barring bad weather lah. We also use the tennis courts, playground and love that there's plenty of open space to run around- plus point for active, young families! The units are nice and squarish too, so furniture is easy to place. My only wish is there was a minimart inside the condo because sometimes you just need to buy milk or bread quickly. without paying delivery fees or urgent instances -

good for working at Changi Biz Park
been living at Ferraria Park while working at Changi Business Park. cuts my commute time and that's one of the reasons why I chose this development at the edge of Singapore with no MRT nearby just bus. Plus is that condo feels more like a resort than a typical apartment complex, with beautiful landscaping and two impressive swimming pools running through the estate. If you're looking for nightlife, this isn't the place (duh). If you value peace and space, it's excellent. -

1 of the better freeholds
Ferraria Park is one of the better freeholds condos in this area. Management has done a decent job over the years. Blocks were repainted recently and the pool deck was upgraded, so the estate feels refreshed and less run down. Cleaners come almost every weekday and common areas are generally well looked after. those who visit me always comment how nice the pools are, so i invite them to join me for a swim and bring their swimwear without fail. Gym too small, can get stinky with all the close contact, especially during evenings, and visitor parking can be hard to find during festive peak seasons. -

Hands Down the Best Condo in Districts 17 & 1
Had viewed many condos before buying this & we truly love it here! We have been staying here for the last 15 years & feel that the ratings do not do it justice :( We always feel like we're coming back home to a resort & sanctuary. It is the best because 1) Freehold & exceptionally well-maintained 2) Expansive layout & exquisite landscaping (resort-feel) 3) 3 stunning pools (2 huge lap-pools) with newly renovated decks. We usually have the pool(s) to ourselves as not many use them 4) Basketball court has been added 5) Neighbours mainly locals & very friendly 6) Nature-lovers take heed! 3 hornbills, 2 woodpeckers, 3 parakeets & other birds frequently spotted here provide 'live' NatGeo moments for my kids :)) Need I say more? -

Serene and Peaceful Living for Families
Having viewed many developments in Pasir Ris and the ones in Flora area, we are decided on Ferreria for the few reasons:- 1) Nice landscaping and well-maintained facilities 2) This condo has got the most beautiful pool - you have to view this lap pool especially at night. Our guests enjoy lounging by the poolside often . 3) Blocks and Units within the estate are not cram up like other developments, it is nicely spaced out without the nagging feeling of claustrophobic. 4) Nice, Friendly local and expats neighbors/tenants 5) Security is good. The guards here are pretty strict and detailed in taking down visitors's detail. So we can be sure about the safety of young children here. 6) So far we haven't encountered any of the mentioned water leakage, toilet bowl chokage or power tripped as we did some renovations before shifting in last year. No complains with a tranquil estate like this. 7) Would highly recommend this hidden treasure to individuals who look forward to unwinding and retiring to a santuary after a hectic day at work. 8) MBR is of a reasonably good size in my humble opinion. It is hard to get this size anywhere these days in those newer developments. Mine is a 3+1 bedder, 1345 sqft 9) Overall, am happy staying here with my brood of 4 and a helper :) 10) Shuttle services is provided in the estate to Tampines and amenities are within 5 - 7 minutes drive to Giant, IKEA, and shopping malls. -

Good priced condo
I must say it has the largest and nicest pools compared to other condos ard the area. Love the reflection pools too. Clean and squarish layout makes me feel very comfortable. I've viewed many other condos before I decided on this unit, very rarely I could feel the "Qi" is right the moment I stepped in the house. -

All that glitters is not gold
We stayed in Ferraria Park for 2 years since 2011. We were attracted by the large swimming pool and the environment once we got there and it was the newest condo around Flora Road in 2011. We made a quick decision to rent the unit, but we found a lot of problems while we were staying here: 1) Toilet choke On the 1st day we moved in, we found the toilet choke. The plumber who fixed it said the toilet tank is too small which unable to provide enough water pressure to flush away the "stuff". 2) Low water pressure We were unable to take a shower in the same time when washing clothes, other water taps were turned on or even flushing a toilet. 3) Irregular electricity current When we were watching TV, the TV pops off and on when someone turns on/off lights. I mean even our neighbor turn on/off lights affected our TV. 4) Air-con leakage After around a year, Air-con started leaking water. After Air-con servicing, it was better, works almost fine but sometimes have few drops randomly. 5) Fast aging There are cracking on the corner between the build-in wardrobe and wall. And the side of the build-in wardrobe is peeling off. -
