  Horrible Condo - Do not buy or rent

  I have lived in block 7 for the past 2 years and the first tenant. The lift is literally ALWAYS down. Fire alarm goes off VERY frequently which is annoying. I advise not to buy / rent this property.

  Always repairing

  Very near from MRT station, and nice view.but always repairing from mon-sat. EV usually don't come quickly.I sometimes wait for EV for a long time. many worker is here,dont know when it will be settle down. and mold grows if you don't use air-con.

  Area's a bit messy

  Wish the neighbourhood was less messy. It would certainly elevate this condo to something else. For now, we'll give it a pass. Pity.

  Nice place but lot of constructions

  Elegant and posh condo, newly built. Next to redhill station, food center, quiet yet near from center- all good news. The bad news is construction ongoing all day. Elevators crowded with workers after 9 AM. It is still over a year and no ending of construction noise. If you plan to work from home sometimes or look for silence in day time, not recommended.
