  Horribe Construction Noise

  Avoid it for the next few years. Construction noise is bad and buildings being built on both sides of the road.

  Best Condo in Singapore

  We stayed here for about 5 years.Management office has very helpful staff.They even have a concierge for delivery handling.Full condo facilities.Full swimming lap pool.BBq pit and tennus courts are well managed,with a beautiful clu house too.Condo is next to mrt.

  Echelon Resident

  Nice environment with its elegant touch. Traffic a bit jammed at guard house during peak hours. Ample of parking slots. Near MRT and amenities. Not crowded.

  Anyone experience loose window handles in uni

  Our landlord’s agent is charging us to replace the window handles, even though many people have the same issue in Echelon. Agent is asking for proof. Could you please post here, or reach out to me at ?

  EVERYTHING EXCELLENT EXCEPT FOR THE CONDO COM

  Stayed here since TOP. Very unhappy the stupid restriction for visitor to leave before 12am.Totally nt flexible n clamping of vehicles when pass 12am.Utilisation of carpark is 35%. Don’t make sense.

  My lord the quality of the property is poor

  It is a new property and we already experience broken sliding door and window. How is that even possible? never experience anything like this before. So much time and money wasted in fixing stuff.

  Value for $ luxury condo

  (1) Tenants mostly expats, friendly (2) Bigger units enjoy private lifts privacy (3) Plenty of basement carpark (3 levels) (4) Change in management team, well kept (4) MRT, food, Orchard Road!

  oasis in the city

  although land parcel is small, the amenities and facilities are complete. there is also a "hotel" feel to it as you enter the lift lobby. the units are efficient (no bay windows) and big balconies.

  Bad Property

  Apartment & location are good. Everything else here is mickey mouse & unprofessionally run! Noisy water pump above apartment, never-ending rectification works, super slow lifts & an inefficient mgmt.

  Horrible Condo - Do not buy or rent

  I have lived in block 7 for the past 2 years and the first tenant. The lift is literally ALWAYS down. Fire alarm goes off VERY frequently which is annoying. I advise not to buy / rent this property.
