  Location, location, location

  Quiet (enough) environment, quality condo interiors and layout walking distance to Toa Payoh MRT, Zhongshan Park and also to Novena MRT, with car in a few minutes at Orchard facilities appropriate to a single tower condo (function room too small though) Overall very happy to reside here.

  Value For Money

  Located in an exclusive corner of Balestier. Quality finishing by MCL land. Walking distance to Toa Payoh MRT & ZhangShan Park. Highly recommended :)
