compact comfort
there is only 1 block at D'Mira but it packs 65 units of various layouts over 17 floors. and a lot of facilities like fitness corner, fun pool,function room, gym, swimming pool, playground and sky lounge. take a bus to Novena MRT or Toa Payoh MRT. everything is comfortable and convenient. -

schools of your choosing near D'Mira
one pluspoint about staying is District 12 is the access to myriad schools, many of which are popular and in high demand. nearby you have CHIJ pri/sec, Balestier Hill pri/sec, Northlight, Kheng Cheng, SJI International and more. -

cross the PIE to Toa Payoh
D'Mira is in the whampoa/balestier area, but if you just cross the PIE expressway, you can reach Toa Payoh MRT in no time. now the stadium side is renovating but soon it will be transformed into a big sports complex with even more amenities for you. Toa Payoh itself has a lot of food and supermarkets in a heartland complex. as well as an aircon bus interchange. -

Great location, good unit, bad security, wors
The condo in itself isn’t bad! It’s very well located close to hospitals, restaurants and bust stops. Very central. The units are also very nice. Now comes the bad part - there is this one night security who is the most painful person in the world. Very rude, curt and imagines himself to be some kind of security head of the country. This place is like a jail - I have stayed in numerous condos in Singapore and I have never come across one where you would have to walk all the way from the main gate if you’re coming home late or have landed early morning from travel with your big luggage’s. The management person is always busy live streaming and talking on video but never around to help the owners or tenants. She comes once in a while and whenever she does she only shows rudeness. -

Good and convenient place
Have been living here for about 2 years, very convenient location with many eateries near Shaw Plaza Balestier, Zhongshan Mall, Novena Square etc. Walking distance to Toa Payoh Central and MRT as well. Near Whampoa Market too. Floor plan layout is excellent, no wastage of space, well managed and maintained property. -

IF YOU LIVE HERE, I WILL PRAY FOR YOU
On the outside everything looks good, on the inside = it is the most dreadful condo to live in Singapore! The guards are extremely rude and make it so hard to bring just a taxi in...the management person will make the whole experience difficult! I moved here last month and every day is filled with the weird stares and guard questioning you, your family, your visitors, your food delivery guy, your amazon guy, everyone! Your own house feels so hard to live in! They act so pricey and fake! This is not Singapore, this is a prison cell apartment run by the shady management company who will not pick up if you want to complain also. My biggest regret is moving here. such a toxic place -

Bad environment and rude security
The 2 star I give is for the inside of my apt only, it is most crazy condo in Singapore, just one block only and management act like they own the whole place one. My helper cannot enter the building. My kids also very annoyed living here. Got so many problems since I move here, my family and visitors need to be questioned everytime by the guards as if is a police interrogation..I see so many cars line up outside and block the street one coz cannot enter without grab driver giving name and phone number and hold queue outside one la. at night time the back gate cannot access also. damn sian even thinking abt gng back to my apt after finish work bcuz need to deal with the crazy people managing it. my advice dont go here, even HDB better atleast got some privacy. -

WORST CONDO TO RENT!!!
THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE CONDO TO LIVE IN!!!!!! The management is run by a person who will make your life hell! That person is super rude and makes everything difficult and is kind of sadistic in nature. You cannot drive your car in or bring your taxi in. The food delivery person is always upset and feels humiliated by the security because they have to give their IC, phone number and name just to enter the building! Feel like your own house is a jail! You will lose your peace of mind ! -

Good security and nice location
Cozy place and nice food around the area. MRT is far but buses are quite convenient. -
