After staying here for 1 year！
Pro: Price is one of the better value ones at city fringe Estate is 11 years but most amenities are well maintained The common areas are always clean and mop, no rubbish. No mosquito. Gym is small but got all machine we use. Good community, nearby many playground and good childcare Very good pool. Different size for all ages. Very good layout for the unit. Square. Good size balcony not too big not too small. 2min walk supermarket, coffeeshop and clinic. Management is very good. 10 mins to reach mrt, walk to main bus stop then take any bus for 2 stops to Potong Pasir mrt. Tennis court Con: Need to walk 7mins to main bus stop, the nearer bus stop has less bus. The lower unit are noisy from the road. Must close window and use aircon to sleep. Function room is not big -

Good place to stay.
There is a few condos in the area and this is the best of the lot based on age vs condition, many child care nearby, a supermarket and coffeeshop. Also there is big scale bto coming right across the road so more amenities will be coming. Price also increased since we move in, appreciation is much better compared to the rest in the area. Once the Seletar line mrt is finalised, Whampoa mrt should be right across the road. We are lucky we got a unit that is high with great views, noise also not much once the windows are closed. For a 212 unit development, the gym has less than 10 machines so choice is limited. The kids pools are great, big and clean. The 50m lap pool is a little shallow but still okay to swim. We love and appreciate that maintenance and improvements are quickly done up. -

We brought a unit here
Pros: This is the only condo in the area with decent unit size, the kitchen separated from the main entrance. Most of the other condo in the area looks worn out. Our unit faces the Highway and it has a magnificent view of the city. Noise level with double glaze window is not an issue. We can hardly hear it in the bedroom. Well connected to every part of SG with bus stops 2 and 6mins away. Across the road hdb has supermarket, bakery, salon, clinic, childcare, playgrounds and coffeeshop. With 1km of a pretty good school. Condo is well maintained and great community that answers questions when we first moved in. Cons: Raining days, no shelter to bus stop. Don’t like the playground here. It’s pathetic. Gym is a little small for my liking but it will do. Phone signal is bad at the lobby, yo -

Good place to stay
Currently renting a place here. Near to coffeehouse, and market. Near city area, takes me 20mins to reach work. -

Rent went up a lot but good amenities and con
Rent recently went up a lot. It’s the most new looking condo in the area that don’t have too many rental units. Some units have great view. There is not much issue on the noise from the road at night once you seal up the doors. For unit that face the other side it’s silent. The playground is nothing fancy but the full pool is great worth another Jacuzzi and a kids pool . No other condo on the area has tennis court. Parking here is also easy, lots of lots. A 2 min walk can reach a hdb estate with a supermarket, coffeeshop, bread shop, clinic , hair salon, 2 big playgrounds, and a child care. Nearest bus stop is 3 mins away. A different bus stop with 15 buses is 6mins walk, take any bus for 2 stop and alight right at Potong Pasir mrt. -

Nice pool but far from public transport
Nicely-shaped pool and clubhouse, but it's quite a long and unsheltered walk from the main road (and hence the nearest bus stop). There are no MRT stations coming up in the immediate vicinity. The living area is quite small in the case of penthouse units, so you won't be able to fit in a long sofa, probably a small two- or three-seater at best. Rooms come with bay windows, which eats into the liveable space. But otherwise the facilities are good and depending on which unit, the view of the city is quite spectacular. -
