  Best condo in St Michael

  Beacon Heights is the best condo in St Michael for a few reasons: (1) Largest condo in st michael in terms of land size (2) Tallest condo in st michael standing at 28 floors (3) full condo facilities unlike other pte developments in st michael (4) interior finishes far superior to other developments there (5) nicest external landscaping with not many cars buzzing up and down at the entrance (6) don't need to walk along busy serangoon rd to get to boon keng mrt, just cut thru st georges estate and have a peaceful walk to mrt (7) Only development with a feeder service to mrt despite close proximity by walking distance to mrt (800m)

  Condo Contest

  Beacon Heights is a brand new condo that will be completely built in 2012. Firstly, what I like about Beacon Heights are : - Reasonable price - Satisfied facilities - All bedrooms is included with wardrobes - Unique and modern design - Only pay for 30% for the down payment and no other payment make until TOP. Secondly, what I dislike about Beacon Heights are : - Quite far from bus and MRT station - Bus services to city are limited - Quite far from food court - No basketball and squash available - No nearby 7-11 or mini markets
