The lux life
My apartment at Avenue South Residence is part of the Peak Collection. I call this luxury living. The developer is using high quality fittings and furnishings, the rooms are spacious, and the master bedroom even has dual walk-in wardrobes. Full length windows and wide glass door panels should offer stunning views of the city and sea. I also love how well connected it is to future MRT stations, expressways and amenities. -

Sweet views
I got my apartment on the 51st floor in this new project at Silat Avenue. Avenue South Residence comprises 4-storey conservation blocks and two high-rise towers. I prefer living on a higher floor because of the breeze and can't wait to move in as the views will be amazing. This property is right at the edge of CBD, and has excellent access to entertainment and leisure amenities. There are more than 10 shopping malls in the vicinity and many restaurants in the area are worth checking out. -

Can't wait to move in
I used to drive past the construction site of Avenue South Residence at Silat Avenue on my way to work and loved taking a look at how the development is slowly taking shape. That was enough for me to make the decision to buy an apartment here. The location is excellent and the developer is incorporating modern facilities within the premises. Avenue South Residence is going to be an excellent place to live. -
