  Overrated AS

  Overrated, overcrowded and overpriced. Units are small and cramp. Some owners claim termite infestation. Still a long way from nearest MRT. Greater Southern Water Front is overhyped and still 15-20 years away.

  Built-quality questionable; MainCon atrocious

  Thumbs Up: 1. Easy access to bus stops. 2. Big fridge Thumbs Down: 1. Wood cabinets are cheaply built and infested with termites. Developer used delay tactics to avoid responsibilities. 2. MainCon is irresponsible. In half of the appointments they showed up 30-60 minutes late, the other half were just no-show. It took 5+ appointments with them to solve a single issue. There is also no way to hold them accountable other than write them emails, which they never replied. 3. Noise from highway traffic and from strong wind can occasionally become unbearable, even when all windows have been shut.

  Condo OK, Main Con atrocious, noise troubleso

  1. Nice condo with easy access to public transportation 2. Main Con is irresponsible. In half of the appointments they showed up 30-60 mins late, the other half, they never showed up. You will need at least 5+ appointments with them to solve one single issue. 3. Noise from highway traffic and from strong wind can become unbearable occasionally, even if you shut all windows.

  Living in the anthill

  Please note that staying in a condominium with 1000 apartments leads to overcrowding, especially on weekends. This applies to the swimming pool, tennis court and other facilities. It is difficult to book everything here: function rooms, barbecue areas, a tennis court. The booking period is limited to two weeks, not just one, as in other condominiums. Another important thing, especially for families, is that there are very tight units here. There is no room for storing things. There is no large grocery store within walking distance. You need to travel by public transport.

  At City fringe living with seaview, aqua gym,

  With future Keppel MRT 5 minutes walk away, ASR is a sure win for investors. Also great for own stay for healthy living with premium aqua gym, putting green, good sized gym and tennis court. A sanctuary with an amazing southern sea view, Rail Corridor and Mount Faber.

  The lux life

  My apartment at Avenue South Residence is part of the Peak Collection. I call this luxury living. The developer is using high quality fittings and furnishings, the rooms are spacious, and the master bedroom even has dual walk-in wardrobes. Full length windows and wide glass door panels should offer stunning views of the city and sea. I also love how well connected it is to future MRT stations, expressways and amenities.

  Sweet views

  I got my apartment on the 51st floor in this new project at Silat Avenue. Avenue South Residence comprises 4-storey conservation blocks and two high-rise towers. I prefer living on a higher floor because of the breeze and can't wait to move in as the views will be amazing. This property is right at the edge of CBD, and has excellent access to entertainment and leisure amenities. There are more than 10 shopping malls in the vicinity and many restaurants in the area are worth checking out.

  Can't wait to move in

  I used to drive past the construction site of Avenue South Residence at Silat Avenue on my way to work and loved taking a look at how the development is slowly taking shape. That was enough for me to make the decision to buy an apartment here. The location is excellent and the developer is incorporating modern facilities within the premises. Avenue South Residence is going to be an excellent place to live.
