Restrictive rules penalising pet owners. Read this notice before you buy or rent here. On first glance, this notice seems friendly enough and gives you the impression that it is the basic courtesy such as walk it on leash, clean up after your pet, don't kill the plants, don't dirty the place etc... but in reality, it is a total ban on pets.
Pets are not allowed anywhere in this condo, even walking on leash in the carpark is not allowed. Only walking by is allowed, not allowed to linger with my dog in the aircon areas. What's the point of $700+ maintenance fee for 2 Bedroom Unit if it is so restrictive?

hotel feels at Amber 45
newly completed in 2021, wonderful design and landscape by UOL. grand entrance when arriving, especially love settling into the pool with the jacuzzi corner and cute swings .

glimpse of sea from Amber 45
at certain viewpoints u can see the sea from Amber 45. one place is the balcony of the private lift, with the rare unblocked views in such a densely populated area.

mgmt keeps things neat
Kudos to management at Amber 45, always working hard to keep us safe by ensuring nothing is littering the grounds that can be tripping hazards and immediately taking initiative to check on the facilities for cleaning changeover before the next booking. it takes abit getting used to, but it's overall good for the environment and maintenance
