Best condo with great potential for capital a
With the surround ramping up development, this condo which is a stone throw across the MRT station and the largest mall in the North east will have the potential to yield the greatest return. The various executive condo may be low in price but not as near to all the major facility as Treasure Trove. -

Poor MCST management
The whole condo MCST treated Condo like it own house. Fix a lot of stupid rules n causing a high rate of numbers unhappy owners selling vs others condo.Transaction Caveats at high number since TOP -
