hard to beat location
A Treasure Trove is in a location that is hard to beat. with Waterway Point literally across the road, Punggol MRT and bus interchange only a few mins walk. tell me, how do you surpass that? Superrrr convenient especially when I'm carrying groceries or rushing to catch the train. so Thankful for this. My kids also enjoy walking along the nearby Punggol Waterway in the evenings. it's just at our doorstep. otherwise the condo has plenty of pools and water features I can relax after work. -

resort atmosphere is a Treasure
pleasantly surprised. A Treasure Trove looked good from the get go, but living here is even better. it has a nice resort atmosphere with several swimming pools, hydro pool, tennis court and a lovely conserved clubhouse at Matilda House. as i often work from home;; having quiet corners around the estate is a bonus for me. when I'm hungry, it's also easy to walk to cafés, supermarkets and the MRT within minutes during my lunch break. only thing is the bedrooms are abit on the small side. but is enuf for me -

has aged well
got my unit when the condo first TOP and I must say that A Treasure Trove has aged reasonably well, with the location keeps getting better. right opposite Waterway Point means everything is nearby, from food to shopping to daily essentials. noneed waste money on Grab hahahaha. so many other Punggol people use Grab but they're much further away. also, estate itself is nicely designed with lots of pools and greenery, so it never feels too concrete. one of the more iconic developmnts in Punggol with our red roof clubhouse -

Vastly improved over time
When we first moved in, management was terrible (2021). Today, new management is really helpful and very responsive. Nice community with WhatsApp groups and lots of kids. We organize an annual Halloween and the management organizes other events. New umbrellas near pool this year, I’m hoping the gym will get a makeover in 2026! All in all, as foreigners we love it here. Great accessibility, good mall, plenty of access to nature and lots of walking, running and cycling near the water. -

Used to be nice
I'm staying here for 6 years already. It used to be a very nice condo but management changed many times and now nothing is allowed. Already for 2 years everything is closed off and banned. No place for people to socialize and kids not allowed to play in common areas. For two years already the common areas are chained off. Security is too lax on one hand but they're very difficult to let delivery inside. Many times I had to go up to the guard house to discuss and allow AC maintenance to come in. Also, there is lots of maintenance not being done. Cracks, dirt, broken stuff. The only reason to rent/buy here is that it's next to mall and MRT. Otherwise, stay away! -

Terrible security and facilities
This condominium no longer allows you to use any of the facilities or invite anyone anymore. Though use to be better before covid, is still very bad due to the terrible management that banned everything. This includes rollerblades, skates, any ball games, no balls in the pool, unable to sit on the couches, unable use any of the open in the club house or outside it. The management bans everything. The security there is also terrible you could not live in the condo and walk through the entire thing without getting caught, its like the security doesn’t even know the place and all they do is sit and the guard post watch cameras and their tv shows. 0/10 it’s terrible -

Nice place to stay, value for rent
This condo is very very convenient as it’s right next to waterway point and MRT. It could attract people for renting. Besides, the future development includes a university and a high tech biz park could be the factors of value appreciation. This condo exterior could be upgraded. Unit floor plan is extremely friendly especially the one @1044 sqf. -

Poor Maintenance of overall building and comm
The management committees voted in, dont follow BCA rules and regulations and violate them as if they determine the rules. The MCST team is arrogant and like we owe them a living. The Building is deteriorating with obvious cracks and the common facilities have clear visible signs of under maintenance (can see tiles cracks, and abuse by residents, fermax intercom some buttons not working). Yet the Management fees plus sinking fee per month is so bloody high... As a result my neighbour units all moving out. The only saving grace is its near to waterway and mrt... -
