Swire Properties has sold all 20 units at EDEN – its completed luxury residential project at 2 Draycott Park in District 10 – for $293 million or around $4,827 per sq ft.
With each unit occupying an entire floor spanning over 3,000 sq ft, all 20 apartments feature four en-suite bedrooms and were sold to one buyer only.
Swire Properties expects to complete the sale by 26 May, subject to the fulfilment of the purchase agreement.

Designed by Thomas Heatherwick of Heatherwick Studio, the development was completed in 2019, with facilities including a swimming pool, children’s pool, BBQ pit, gymnasium, sky garden, landscaped garden, and car parks.
