UOL Group will preview its latest condominium project, Clavon, on Saturday (28 November). Prices will start from $1,475 per sq ft.
Located along Clementi Avenue 1, the 640-unit residential development comprises two 37-storey towers in a north-south orientation which maximises the surrounding unblocked views. It features a mix of one- to five-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 527 sq ft to 1,690 sq ft.
In a statement, UOL revealed that one- to two-bedroom units account for about 56% of the project’s total number of units.
Prices for one-bedroom units start from $800,000, $1 million for two-bedders, $1.45 million for three-bedders, $1.9 million for four-bedders and $2.5 million for five-bedders.
Aside from being equipped with smart home features, all units will also come with flexible spaces and layouts. The one-bedroom units, for instance, come with an attached study for home-office use, while three-bedders feature flexible space that can be used as home office, workout corner or study area.

“Clavon is a next-generation product, designed in response to changing lifestyles. The development offers innovative layouts and solutions that incorporate key elements of work-from-home within the units and offers buyers the opportunity to mould their interiors into personalised and functional spaces where work and living co-exist,” said UOL Group Chief Executive Liam Wee Sin.
Clavon enjoys excellent connectivity as it is near Ayer Rajah Expressway and Clementi MRT station. It is also close to various schools including the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Yale-NUS College, Singapore Polytechnic, Nan Hua High School, Fairfield Methodist Primary School, Nan Hua Primary School and Anglo-Chinese Junior College.
The development’s landscape design capitalises on the site’s sloping terrain by integrating a series of terraced landscape decks with gardens and pools.

Set to be completed in Q1 2025, Clavon also features a gym and co-working space within a clubhouse, children’s playground, a 50-metre infinity pool and waterplay area.
“We are launching Clavon at a time when The Tre Ver and Amber 45 are almost sold out, while Avenue South Residence at the doorstep of the Greater Southern Waterfront has moved close to 600 units or about 55% within 15 months of its launch,” said UOL Chief Investment and Asset Officer Jesline Goh.
“Given its strong product positioning and attractive starting prices, Clavon will be the aspirational home for buyers who appreciate its location in the heart of Clementi, near the education hub, one-north and the Jurong Lake District. In fact, we have already received a healthy level of enquiries for the launch.”
